Ferment For You started in my home kitchen 25 years ago with my first batch of sauerkraut. My Polish grandma had made countless crocks with my help but never had I done it by myself. The recipe of course was vague, and I was skeptical, but the kraut turned out delicious. 

Our family garden was the basis for planting, growing, and most importantly, preserving vegetables. Along with my love for food and my passion for health, I learned the significance of healthful, quality foods. 

I discovered the art of food preservation and fermentation and personally felt the difference of probiotics on my health.
